We require a 7 BUSINESS DAY TURNAROUND TIME starting from noon each Business day, Monday -Thursday, once an order is received. If your order is placed after 12 noon Mon-Thurs., it will be processed the following business day. An email conformation is sent once you place the order, and the order is processed by noon the next business day. ORDERS RECEIVED FRIDAY-SUNDAY, will receive a conformation email , but order is not processed on Friday-Sunday for we are closed on those days. DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON- NOVEMBER THRU DECEMBER, AND ALL OTHER HOLIDAYS, it is highly recommended to place your order at least THREE WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME to ensure your order is received when desired. Of course, as much notice given as possible is greatly appreciated for all orders. We package and ship fresh out of the oven. Business days and Shipping days are MONDAY-THURSDAY. We are closed on holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be received the following Monday. We do not ship on Friday because we don't want your order to be delayed unnecessarily being held in freight terminals over the weekend. We do not ship on Holidays. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. STANDING ORDERS require a 10 day turn around time, and SPECIALITY ORDERS require a 12 day turn around time. We cannot refund for a wrong address given, wrong flavor ordered, acts of God, extreme weather conditions, order sent to someone who is out of town, US Postal service delays, and problems not caused by or related to Wine By The Slice.
